Section 36
Can amend the indictment
(1) In a case that has already been filed in the court, if additional evidence is found and it is found that it is necessary to amend the previously taken claim, the relevant public prosecutor may file an application to the relevant court of first instance to amend the indictment with the approval of the Attorney General.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1) and its conduct is found to be appropriate, the relevant court may issue an order to amend the claim in the indictment according to the application. But the order to make such amendment should have been given before the decision of the concerned court of the first level.
